It’s time to update your account information (e.g. account name, rate class, etc.) through MORE Update a streamlined updating process for all consumers.

To all residents of Iloilo City already with an electric service connection who wish to update their customer information data such as but not limited to the examples listed below, please submit the following requirements to More Power Customer Services Office.

Residential Amendment Requirements

Change Name

1. Accomplished Customer Application Form
2. One(1) Government Issued ID
3. Proof of Occupancy Documents
4. Old Bill from Previous Months
5. Proof of Billing from Other Utilities
6. Barangay Certification

Change Rate Class

1. Accomplished Customer Application Form
2. One(1) Government Issued ID
3. Proof of Occupancy Documents
4. Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
5. As Built Electrical Plan
(for those with Service Entrance Wire of #6 AWG and above or Big Load Residential Application)

Change Name and Rate Class

1. Accomplished Customer Application Form
2. One(1) Government Issued ID
3. Proof of Occupancy Documents
4. Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
5. As Built Electrical Plan
(for those with Service Entrance Wire of #6 AWG and above or Big Load Residential Application)
