MORE Konek is a dynamic Customer welfare-driven initiative of MORE Power that will bring MORE customer-friendly application process to the barangays.

Starting February 28, 2020, all MORE Konek applications will be accepted only at the MORE Power Customer Services Office.

On the requirements to prepare for the application of your own electric service meter, please be guided as follows:

LOW LOAD APPLICANT

You are considered as a low load applicant if your house is assessed by the City Assessor’s Office having a nominal value of PHP 300,000.00 or less.

Bring the following:

  1. Accomplished Application Form
    1. Application forms for Low Load applicants are available at More Power Customer Services Office and at our partner establishments.
    2. You may also download the applicable form through our website at Residential Customer Application Form.pdf
  2. Original and photocopy of one (1) government-issued ID
  3. Original and photocopy of Barangay Residency Certificate
    1. This requirement can be requested from your local barangay unit.

  4. Original and photocopy of Electrical Safety Inspection Report with Electrical Plan and Vicinity Map
    1. This requirement is a government requirement and is being processed at the Office of the Building Official under the City Engineer’s Office.
    2. Electrical Safety Inspection Report is only good for one (1) year. Low load consumers are then required to reapply after the expiry of their inspection report.

INFORMAL SETTLER APPLICANT

You are considered as an informal settler applicant if you are not able to present proof of occupancy documents.

Bring the following:

  1. Accomplished Application Form
    1. Application forms for Informal Settler applicants are available at More Power Customer Services Office and at our partner establishments.
    2. You may also download the applicable form through our website at Residential Customer Application Form.pdf
  2. Original and photocopy of one (1) government-issued ID
  3. Original and photocopy of Barangay Residency Certificate
    1. This requirement can be requested from your local barangay unit.

    1. This requirement is a government requirement and is being processed at the Office of the Building Official under the City Engineer’s Office.

  3. Original and photocopy of one (1) proof of occupancy document
  4. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection

COMMERCIAL APPLICANT

Bring the following:

  1. Accomplished Application Form
    1. Application forms for Commercial applicants are available at More Power Customer Services Office and at our partner establishments.
    2. You may also download the applicable form through our website at Commercial Customer Application Form.pdf
  2. Original and photocopy of one (1) government-issued ID of representative
  3. Original and photocopy of tax identification documents
  4. Original and photocopy of one (1) proof of occupancy document
  5. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
    1. This requirement is a government requirement and is being processed at the Office of the Building Official under the City Engineer’s Office.
  6. Original and photocopy of DTI Permit/SEC Certificate/CDA Certificate as applicable

Government and power applications will have to visit our Customer Service Division at More Power Customer Services Office for proper orientation.
